APITCO provides all the required management and professional services and guidance to the industries through their highly qualified and experienced persons drawn from Management, Engineering, Marketing, Materials-Management technology transfer and other disciplines.

We are in the process of setting up a FIBC manufacturing based unit.

The minimum economic capacity of unit manufacturing precipitated silica is 1100 MT per annum based on three shift basis with 300 operating days

Specifications of Raw Materials and Finished Products
a) Raw Materials: Polypropylene Granules, Printing Ink and other consumables
b) Finished Products: 250KG to 2 Ton capacity FIBCs 4 point lift bags with filling spout and discharge spouts are commonly used.

Technology: Tape Extrusion technology

We are doing this for one of our client at Qatar. We are in advanced stage of finalizing the project.

Please note that all quotations should include transportation, erection & commissioning charges at Qatar. And consider it on a turnkey basis.
